Manager, Ristorante Bartolotta
A native of Neenah, Wisconsin, Todd Hasselbacher attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point where he received his bachelor degree in psychology in 2005. While attending college, Todd worked at a country club and a bar & grill restaurant where he discovered he had a passion for good food and wine. Upon graduating, Todd decided to move to Milwaukee where he took his career in the food service industry to the next level at Bacchus, a Bartolotta restaurant. There he saw all sides of service from back server to bartender.
After 4 ½ years of outstanding service, Todd was promoted to manager at Ristorante Bartolotta where he joined the team in May of 2011.
Todd is very excited to add all aspects of Italian food, wine and culture to his growing knowledge. Todd looks forward the opportunity to sharing his newfound love of all things Italian.
