Chad Ellingboe is the newest addition to our management staff which he joined in October 2011. Ellingboe has a degree in architectural studies and while at college, he started his career in the service industry serving as a bartender and working his way up to general manager of a local Milwaukee eatery. Chad brings a high level of intensity and passion to Bartolottas, he is looking forward to personally greeting all of our guests at the door with his big, natural smile.
